Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £150. Express delivery is available for an additional £2.

For orders under £150, delivery is charged as follows:

 

Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Express delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with the exception of Bigger Than the Baby cushions, which are sent via Parcelforce Express48 or Express24.

If you need your order urgently, faster delivery options may be available. Please contact me and I’ll be happy to provide a quote.

International Delivery

International shipping is calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the value, size and weight of your order and destination. Please contact me for a shipping quote.

Please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Once your item has been received back in its original, unused condition, a full refund will be issued, less any original delivery charges paid.

Please note that bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
